This film looks sooooo nice and was relatively easy to install. I did have a second person to help though. I followed the instructions but there did still end up being a few small bubbles. It’s very dark, I can’t see out of it at all and definitely can’t see in.

This worked perfectly. I watched several videos on the application and it turned out great. There was some elbow grease involved with the squeegee but the trick is to make sure you place enough soapy water on both the window and film. I worked it until all the air bubble pockets were gone.

It’s decent. Does reduce glare and heat, but the mirror effect isn’t as strong as I hoped. From inside, it’s great, but from outside, it doesn’t always look mirrored, especially in the evening.

My wife and I like it pitch black in our bedroom. I did our bottom half of the windows in black out and too half in one way window clings for heat reduction. I wanted to see which one I liked best. You can see the sun reflecting the top half but nothing on the bottom half. I’m going to keep it like this because I’m getting Roman Shades and I do want to see out at times.

I never write reviews but I was so relieved after I got this stuff up in my grow room I just had to. I bought this after seeing people complain about how hard it was to get the back off. I just have to say I was so happy at how easy this was. If you can measure then get this. The only advice is to use two people if possible. You want to spray the sticky side of the film as you peel off the back to make sure nothing sticks together. Then the “roll” from being rolled up will straighten out too.

We’ll most definitely get more! We live on a second story apartment surrounded by single story homes, having the blackout on the bottom half of our windows is exactly what we needed. Works soo well!! Complete privacy, can’t see in nor out! Very simple and easy to apply!

I was able to do the entire process of application alone. It came out perfectly and I could not be more pleased with this. It has made a huge difference in my ability to have privacy yet see outside during the day. But just to warn: when instructions say use plenty of water, they mean it. It needs to be dripping wet on both the window and the film.
